All items returned must be in new condition, unworn, no pet hair, no odors and unwashed.
Sale Collection, Food and Jewelry items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Discounted items are FINAL SALE.
All Purchases will receive store credit for returned items.
Items cannot be exchanged for store credit after 30 days from purchase date.
To receive a store credit:
Product must be in brand new condition with all original tags attached, free from stains, odors, and or any external debris. Please be sure your items are free of any pet hair. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Awarded credits, coupons, and or any other rewards will be forfeited upon return of item.
To initiate a store credit:
Step 1: please email Simplesoulkatie@gmail.com with subject line RETURN.
Step 2: Please get your item (s) sent back to 157 town farm road, Bucksport ME 04416, item must be received within 7 days of return initiation.
***PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER ON A NOTE IN THE RETURN - THIS WILL ENSURE TIMELY EXCHANGE. IF ORDER NUMBER IS NOT WITH THE RETURN ORDER IT WILL CAUSE A DELAY.
Step 3: You will receive a store credit code upon arrival of item back to me. I process returns once a week.
